WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days Guaranteed.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Orders shipped via UPS are trackable by logging into your account. Customers will be notified that the UPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are encouraged to contact us to request the actual shipping fees for any order.
We do not currently ship orders outside of the United States. However, international customers are encouraged to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with specific details of any special order request.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return new unused merchandise with the intact original packaging. Refunds will apply to purchases inside the 30 day window. For items returned between 30-60 days, a store credit will be offered. If the time window surpasses the 60 day-period, no refunds nor store credits will be applicable.
We offer FREE RETURNS for online store credit. We also take care of returns for a refund to your original method of payment (ie. credit card) once we have received the original garment(s). Return shipping will be deducted from the amount of your refund. If the reason for your return is a result of our error (e.g. wrong size, wrong color, defective merchandise etc.), we will cover the return shipping.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. However, if you wish to return the items using your own method of shipment please send your purchase to the following address:

All returns must be made within 30-days from our shipping date with original price tags attached and inside original polybag packaging. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Every shipment must be returned using a mailing label provided by us.
All ongoing and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Any merchandise returned missing hangtags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition; or without any Return Authorization cannot be refunded.
NOTE: The return mailing label can include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box. To ensure that you receive the correct refund, the reimbursement will be applied directly from the order you purchased.
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Items bought during December holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.
Items should be returned in their original product packaging. The buyer will need to pay for the return shipments; return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of merchant or Amazon error.

Once we review your case, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. Once we have received the original garment, we will send the exchange to the shipping address you’ve provided.
Returns and exchanges cannot be processed over the phone.
If your exchange has a higher value than the previous garment, you will be able to match the new price with another payment method (ie. credit card). If the price of the new garment is lower than the one from the original garment, the remaining balance will be left as store credit, accredited to the user who made the purchase.
Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.wearittoheart.com. It cannot be transferred to another person. Also, it may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.
Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars and it never expires.

Wear It To Heart’s E-gift cards are the perfect gift, since they work like a debit card. You may chose the amount you wish to give, and the recipient can redeem it for any item on the website.
Once you have purchased the gift card, you will receive a confirmation email from Wear It To Heart. You may re send the email to the lucky recipient.
Gift cards can be used at www.wearittoheart.com. If you are the recipient of an e-gift card, you may select the item(s) you wish to purchase and use your gift card’s code at the moment of check out. The code of your gift card is applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes. Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Gift Card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
