Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $100

Shipping on orders over $100 is free to US customers. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a Flat Rate of $10 on all orders. International Shipping Rates will be calculated at checkout.

Return Policy

We offer free returns within the first 30 days of receiving your product. All items must be in original packaging with tags intact, and must be unworn. Any items returned missing hang tags; in a dirty, worn or poor condition cannot be refunded. All returns will refund to your original method of payment or as store credit once we have received the original items.

After 30 days: For products returned between 30-60 days, store credit will be offered.

After 60 days: For products returned after 60 days, no refunds nor store credits will be applicable.

Sale or Clearance: Sale or clearance items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your product. You have the option to exchange the same item or select different products of equal value.

To start processing your exchange:

Once we review your case, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to you. Once we have received the original garment, we will send the exchange to the shipping address under the order.

Returns and exchanges cannot be processed over the phone.

Extended Holiday Return Policy

Items bought during the December holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November and ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st. Items should be returned following the returns and exchange policy.

Price Adjustment

If your exchange has a higher value than the previous garment, you will be able to match the new price with another payment method (ie. credit card). If the price of the new garment is lower than the one from the original garment, the remaining balance will be left as store credit, accredited to the user who made the purchase.

Store Credit

Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.wearittoheart.com. It cannot be transferred to another person. Also, it may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned.

Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due. Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars and it never expires.
